ONE DONOR THIS WEEK WILL WIN A $250 COUNTRY FAIR GAS CARD

 BLOOD SUPPLY RECOVERING BUT MORE DONORS STILL NEEDED

  ERIE, PA –The Country Fair Great Gas Card Give Away continues at the Community Blood Bank! Each week in July one lucky donor will win a $250 Country Fair Gas Card and we have a $25 Country Fair Gas Card to raffle off at each of our mobile blood drives too.

The blood supply has improved a bit since last week but levels are still much lower than they should be. Every extra donor will help save a life.

“With the way gas prices spiked this is a terrific promotion.” Said Dan Desrochers, Director of Marketing at the blood bank, “So drive on down, top off the blood supply and enter to win a $250 Country Fair Gas Card”

 The Community Blood Bank of NW PA & WNY is licensed by the FDA and holds permits from the New York Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Department of Health and has been saving lives since 1966. It is accredited by the AABB and CLIA and is a member of America’s Blood Centers.

Country Fair’s Great Gas Card Giveaway is Back Wednesday! First 100 Donors receive a $15 Country Fair Gas card when they give blood.

ERIE, PA –The Country Fair Great Gas Card Give Away is back at the Community Blood Bank! The most popular promotion of the year is here to ensure a safe blood supply locally for the July 4^th holiday. The first 100 people to come on Wednesday July 3^rd at the blood bank’s main office at 26^th and Peach Streets in Erie will receive a $15 Country Fair Gas Card when they give blood. Doors open at 8am.

 The Country Fair Great Gas Card Giveaway runs all month with one donor each week winning a $250 Country Fair Gas Card!

 The blood supply is lower than last year at this time so more donors are needed to ensure a safe holiday weekend.

All donors are strongly encouraged to donate at the Community Blood Bank, 2646 Peach Street.  Community Blood Bank is open from 8a.m. to 6p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9a.m.—12:30 p.m.

The first 100 donors Friday get a $15 Kwik Fill gas card

 ERIE, PA –The Community Blood Bank teams up again with Kwik Fill to recreate the most successful promotion of 2010. Only it’s bigger this year! The first 100 donors on Friday receive a $15 gas card generously donated by Kwik Fill. Finally a gift that truly everyone will want: FREE GAS! Kwik Fill really stepped up to ensure a safe blood supply over the New Year’s holiday.

 Blood supply is quite a bit lower than last year so every donor is needed Friday.

 “We are so grateful for Kwik Fill’s support,” Said Dan Desrochers, Director of Marketing at the blood bank. “Fill your tank and the blood supply at the same time!”

 The blood bank is open Saturday, New Year’s Eve from 9am to 12:30pm and is closed Monday for New Year’s.

 The Community Blood Bank at 26^th and Peach is open from 8a.m. 6p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9a.m.—12:30 p.m.  Photo ID required.
