Friday: 4 donors will win a Kiwanis Club of Erie Diners Card plus they are bringing homemade cookies for donors
ERIE, PA –The Community Blood Bank is teaming up with the Kiwanis Club of Erie this Friday to save lives locally. The Kiwanis Club has generously donated 4 of their famous Kiwanis Club of Erie Diners Cards for 4 lucky donors to win Friday and they’ll be bringing in some delicious homemade baked goods for donors as well.
The Kiwanis Club of Erie has been doing community service, helping serve over 7,000 hours, over a period of 95 years, since 1916, serving children in the Erie community.
“We are so grateful for the Kiwanis Club of Erie’s support,” Said Dan Desrochers, Director of Marketing at the blood bank. “It’s two great local non-profits working together to help improve lives in Erie County.”
The Community Blood Bank at 26th and Peach is open from 8a.m. 6p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9a.m.—12:30 p.m. Photo ID required.
The Community Blood Bank of Western New York is licensed by the FDA and holds permits from the New York Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Department of Health and has been saving lives since 1966. It is accredited by the AABB and CLIA and is a member of America’s Blood Centers.
